Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS is the “Promoter”.
Administrator: TLC Marketing Worldwide UK Ltd, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 8EU is the “Administrator".
- Eligibility: The promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged 18+. Excludes employees of the Promoter and the Administrator and their respective affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. To participate in the Promotion, Customers must make a Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period on Samsung.com or in the Samsung Shop app. Customers must have agreed to these terms and conditions to claim their Reward.
- Purchase Period: Phase 1: Consumer who purchased from 00:01 5th November 2025 - 23:59 7th November 2025 & phase 2: Consumers who purchased from 00:01 12/11/25 - 23:59 18/11/25. Customers must have purchased the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 and retained the device beyond the standard 14-day return period to be eligible.
- Claim Period: For consumer who purchased in phase1: 00:01 5th December 2025 – 23:59 4th January 2026 & for consumer who purchased in phase 2: 00:01 16th December 2025 – 23:59 15th January 2026. Any claims submitted outside this period will be rejected.
- One claim per person. Each Customer will be eligible for a maximum of one Reward made available to them. Once claimed, they will not be able to claim an alternative reward.
- The Rewards offered are at the discretion of the Promoter in the Samsung promotion.
- How to participate:
- Customer makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Purchase Period,
- Customer will receive an invitational email from the Administrator 30 days after Qualifying Purchase. This email will contain the promotional website URL and a unique code.
- Customer will be directed to the promotional website www.samsunggift.co.uk to register their full name, email address, IMEI number and enter their unique code. Customer must register within 30 days from date of email receipt, after this point, their unique code will expire and the Reward is no longer claimable.
- Once a Customer’s registration has been validated, the Customer will receive a Reward email within seven (7) working days containing a unique gift link and instructions for redemption on Adidas.co.uk.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- The Reward:

- This card is redeemable only at participating adidas retail stores in the UK or on adidas.co.uk. For the terms, instructions of use, a list of participating stores and your current balance please check www.adidas.co.uk/giftcards.
- If not used, this card shall expire three years after the date of purchase. Except for in accordance with your legal rights, the card is non-returnable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used towards the purchase of another gift card.
- How to use your Adidas eGift Card:
- Select the product you would like to purchase on www.adidas.co.uk
- Fill in your details at checkout.
- When on the payment section of checkout, click the Gift Card Field, enter the full number located below the barcode and your 4 -digit PIN.
- Click Apply.
- In store: Print your eGift Card page. Bring to any adidas Sport Performance, adidas Originals or adidas Outlet store. Give to cashier at checkout. You may use this gift card in combination with a credit card.
- No cash or other alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward of equal or greater value.
- The Reward will be subject to its own terms and conditions and redemption journey, which will be clearly stated on the claim page.
- It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating and accepting their Reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Customers failing to supply accurate information which affects Reward acceptance or delivery of their Reward.
- The Reward is non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
- Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs, and other additional services that go beyond those described services for Reward fulfilment are not included and must be paid by Customers separately.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Customers. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose (including passport, driving licence or equivalent) and a Reward may be withheld until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
- The Promotion will not be open to you, and your claim will be deemed invalid, if:
- You reside outside of the UK
- You have not received an email from the Administrator stating eligibility within the qualifying claim period.
- You have not completed all requested entry fields on the promotional website correctly.
- You have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
- All claims must be made by the Customer themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a Customer is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, those claims will be disqualified and any Reward provided will be void. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Customers to provide further verification. In addition, the Promoter and the Administrator reserves the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

- Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Customer, or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any Customer participating in the promotion or as a result of accepting the Reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury its negligence or generally for intent as well as for gross negligence.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to Customers to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
- The Promoter is the controller of your personal information for this promotion, and has appointed the Administrator as its processor. Any personal information captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator and the Promoter will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of Rewards, unless we have your consent. All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and Administrator and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and their Privacy Notices.
